The Enhancement of Living Standards in Andijan region works in close cooperation with partners on regional and local level. The project has created regional and local working groups consisting of representatives of various governmental and public institutions. These groups serve as basis for establishment of close links with government institutions when developing regional and local assessments. Community mobilization activity provides interaction with the civil society organizations and NGOs at local level.
