On March 24, 2011 the launch of the project took place at the “Navruz” community within the “Enhancement of Living Standards (ELS)” project. Previously, initiators of the business project headed by Odiljon Usmonov carefully analyzed condition of the agriculture machinery parking, as well conducted a study on construction process of a new water storage basin in Yazyavan district, numerous machinery, requiring timely and proper  maintenance where involved. Based on the analysis, initiators had joined their efforts and resources to establish a maintenance centre for farming machines and trucks.

 

A.Tokhliyev, Hokim of Yazyavan district, who participated in the opening ceremony mentioned: “Services, provided in this technical maintenance centre are very urgent, as many farmers and enterprises in the district have need for these services. I want to point that we are ready to provide any support in further development and expansion of the centre activities”.
