The
project inception reports define activities including associated
'benchmarks' or 'indicators of achievement' for each component and
demonstrate how those relate to the programme overall and specific
objective(s), in the form of a logical framework matrix. Reports also
describe relevant risks and assumptions and means for verifying
achievement of project results and objectives. In addition, the
inception report includes a detailed description of the project
environment. The final report prepared at the end of the project, includes a section on lessons-learned for similar interventions in the future. It also describes relevant changes to the project environment, implementation of project activities and progress towards achievement of results and objectives during the reporting period. All reports are shared with the beneficiaries, European Commission and UzbyuroKES (TACIS National Coordination Unit). All reports are subject to the approval by the European Commission.
